  • Waitlist and intake information if you register through our intake form hosted by Therabyte.
  • Service-related information you share so we can respond to questions or provide occupational therapy, such as details about your child and family.

We do not require an account to browse this website.

We use personal information to:

  • Answer inquiries and follow up on messages sent through the contact form
  • Manage waitlist, intake, scheduling, billing, and funding-contract requests
  • Provide occupational therapy assessment, treatment, and parent coaching
  • Operate and improve this website

We share information only as needed to run the practice, including:

  • Therabyte, which hosts our intake and waitlist form
  • Service providers who help us operate email, hosting, or clinical records

Children’s information

Seasons OT works with children and youth. Information about a child is collected from a parent or guardian. Please do not have a child submit the contact form on their own.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the reasons above, for clinical and legal record-keeping, or as required by professional and legal obligations in British Columbia.
